Welcome to the Guidance Department
Trinity Catholic High School provides a comprehensive college planning program for students in grades 9 – 12. Our guidance program places emphasis on assisting students throughout the entire college planning and educational process.
Guidance counselors:
- Hold academic and college planning conferences during the year with each student.
- Provide support and referrals for other services, as needed.
- Support students through the career and college selection process.
- Assist when pursuing scholarship opportunities.
- Host Parent Nights and College Fairs.
- Prepare and administer college readiness testing and assessment of students.
- Meet with each student to assist with class selections and discuss the AP/Dual Enrollment process.
The success of our students in college acceptances is partially due to the individual attention they receive at each stage of their academic journey. Students are encouraged to collaborate with their Guidance Counselor on personal and/or academic needs. We are here to support student success!
