Advanced Placement Exams
Advanced Placement (AP) exams are administered each year in May. Students taking AP classes are REQUIRED to take the AP exam. To fully prepare for the exams, students may be required by their teachers to attend special sessions before/after school or on weekends. Exam dates and other AP information can be found on the College Board AP website.
College Level examination Program (CLEP)
These exams allow students to demonstrate their mastery of introductory college-level material and earn college credit. Students may earn credit for what they already know by getting a qualifying score (determined by the receiving college) on any of the 33 examinations offered through College Board. Further information may be found on the College Board CLEP website.
