2010 District Champions Please congratulate the 2009 - 2010 TCHS Boys Varsity Basketball Team for finishing the season with an overall record of 22 - 7 (14 - 1 in District) and winning the 2nd District Championship in school history. Celtic Pride For the last 8 years the Trinity Catholic Boy's Basketball program has competed at the Varsity level. In those 8 years the Celtics have proved to be a force in Florida State High School Basketball, Making the state playoffs 5 of the 8 years. The 2009 - 2010 Celtic Boys Basketball team continued the tradition finishing the year as the second best team in school history with a record of 22 - 7 and winning their 2nd District Championship with an overall District record of 14 - 1. TheCeltics then advanced to the Sweet 16 in the State Playoffs for the 5th time in school history. The Celtics not only proved to get the job done on the court, they got it done in the classroom as well finishing with the 4th highest GPA for a program in the State of Florida Class 3A with a 3.3 GPA. In 8 years the Celtics have had 4 players go on to play College Basketball, two of whom are playing at the Division I level.
